From the very first meeting, one of our designers will meet with you onsite to view your project and discuss your individual requirements.

From this extensive discussion, we can establish what is required for the space both functionally and aesthetically, what you are hoping to achieve and your budget. We will then issue you with a detailed summary of the meeting with recommendations + actions required.

This initial consultation and project summary is $375 + GST. All further works will be quoted prior to commencement and will be based on the scope of works required.

As every project is different, we tailor our services and therefore our fees to suit the scope of works for each project.

We are a multidisciplinary design practice for both Residential and Commercial design. We can assist you with as little as re-decorating one room to as much as designing an entire new forever home and furnishing it, right down to the new linen sheets and toaster!

The following services are available for both Residential + Commercial projects:

• Building Design

• Interior Design for new builds + renovations

• Concept + Sketch Design

• Contract Documentation - including Working Drawings, Schedules of finishes, tendering projects, submitting to council as required

• Contract Administration – liaison between builder + client, ensuring all aspects of the contract and scope of works is completed and final certificates issued

• Interior Decorating + Furnishing including selection + procurement of furniture, artwork + accessories, including bespoke pieces

This will be dependent on the scope of works for the project and how we are engaged for your project. We have worked with many interstate + overseas clients who have used our Contract Administration services for their project – this generally includes weekly site meetings with the builder, with photos and site meeting notes sent to the client to ensure communication is open and the project continues to run smoothly. Of course with any renovation or construction project, sometimes there are hiccups with progress, however these are always handled with honesty and open communication between builder, designer + client to ensure an appropriate resolution is found.

Budget will be determined mostly by the scope of works + selections chosen for a project. All works will be quoted by relevant trades prior to commencement of a project. We can offer a rough guideline if required, based on previous projects of a similar scope.

We do the majority of our projects in South East Queensland, however are certainly not limited to this area!

Absolutely – our Working Drawings + Schedules of Finishes are industry standard and can be used for all trades. We also have a number of trusted builders and trades that we have worked with for many years that we can recommend if required.
