“CTD were recommended to my husband and me by close friends, following my purchase of a 3 bedroom Noosa apartment .We commenced discussions in April,2017 and were impressed with CTD's professional approach to planning the renovations which included new kitchen ,bathrooms, laundry, replacement of carpet with tiling and installation of plantation shutters throughout. Plumbing and power had to be planned & executed and repainting the apt.
As an interstate absentee owner it was vital to have clear concise lines of communication at all times & CTD produced excellent architectural plans, steered the project through Council and Strata managers, recommended an excellent builder and managed the 3 month project from start to finish on time and on budget.”
