Situated on the ground floor at Fairshore, this petite, position-perfect apartment opens up directly onto the Resort garden overlooking Noosa Main Beach.
Our Sydney clients had purchased this property and knew it would need a complete overhaul, which is where CT Design stepped in, ready to take on the project. The interstate owners entrusted this apartment completely into our care throughout the renovation, knowing they would be kept up-to-date on progress with regular emails and photos.
The apartment was stripped back to its bones and the space manipulated to include an ensuite for the master bedroom and a 2nd bathroom with 2-way access, allowing it to be both a guest ensuite and main bathroom for the apartment. The kitchen layout was reconfigured, with a new island bench with space that doubles as a dining table for 4 guests – a great space-saving solution.
All surfaces were updated with fresh, hard-wearing finishes and a natural colour palette, giving the apartment a timeless yet classic beach style. The furnishings were kept simple and hardwearing, with a subtle scandi influence, with artworks and soft furnishings all reflecting the natural environment of this beautiful location.
