It’s always wonderful to work on a project when you feel in harmony with the clients and understand exactly what they are hoping to achieve.

Our lovely clients had bought a new house and needed assistance making it their own and turning into a home. Blue in its many varied shades, is our clients favourite colour and this was a starting point for the project.

The project began with colour direction for external and internal painting, recommendations for trades as well as an update to some built in cabinetry + new cabinetry. Once that was underway, new furniture + soft furnishings were explored as well as fresh new artwork to work in with existing art. Our clients are quite the collectors, with a particular love of coastal scenes and Australian artists.

Bringing about a modern Australian take on relaxed coastal style is the best way to sum up the brief for this project and the result really speaks for itself. The light in this home is truly stunning and showcases the fresh interiors to perfection, with blues, pinks, dashes of mustard and sea-foam greens mirroring the natural environment outside. It’s subtle, relaxed and comfortable, while being warm and practical for our travel-loving clients. Feeling like you are holidaying at home on a daily basis does wonders for your mental health and this house is nothing but a happy place.

We couldn’t finish the project without mentioning the stunning tropical gardens and gorgeous pots of green and flowering shrubs that our clients have tended to and splashed throughout the house, which are like the icing on the cake.
